Le premier album de Blundetto sortira avant l'été 2010 chez Heavenly Sweetness. Aucun titre d'album n'ést encore confirmé mais l'album est prêt et a été réalisé en collobaration avec Hindi Zahra, General Elektriks, Lateef The Truthspeaker, Chico Mann, The Budos Band, Tommy Guerrero, Julien Bitner, Shawn Lee, Alex Finkin, Clément Petit, Aurélien Calvel, Sandra Nkaké, Guillaume Farley, François Faure, Tom L'aroye et Julien Agazar. L'album est mixé par Blackjoy et masterisé chez Optimum Mastering à Bristol. Guillaume Leroyer est directeur artistique image et Yann Stofer a fait les photos.

The first Blundetto's album will be released before summer 2010 on Heavenly Sweetness. The album is still untitled but it's ready and it's been produced with collaborations from Hindi Zahra, General Elektriks, Lateef The Truthspeaker, Chico Mann, The Budos Band, Tommy Guerrero, Julien Bitner, Shawn Lee, Alex Finkin, Clément Petit, Aurélien Calvel, Sandra Nkaké, Guillaume Farley, François Faure, Tom L'aroye and Julien Agazar. The album has mixed by Blackjoy et mastered at Optimum Mastering in Bristol. Guillaume Leroyer is A&R on the visual level and Yann Stofer has shot the photos.

Notre ami Artur K de Novaversia à Varsovie est responsable de ce projet fou où Crazy Baldhead, Munk et d'autres malmènent les compositions du maître. Cette compilation est pour le moment uniquement disponible en Pologne, nous espèrons qu'il sera distribué prêt de chez vous prochainement. J Rocc a devasté le public parisien, Les Heliocentrics de
Malcom Catto nous ont balladés pendant une demi heure de kraut funk improbable,
Egon nous a encore prouvé son gout pour les belles choses obscures et envoutantes, et plus encore nous fier d'avoir acceuillit le batteur / producteur
Karriem Riggins pour la première fois en France pour un show Stones Throw, cet actuel batteur de Diana Krall connait bien notre pays en tant que batteur de jazz. Merci à Denis, Victor Kiswell & China.

Ok. We're a corporate company but nothing can't stop being excited by people's music. So here's the first installement of Jack in the Box, just a selection of one, maybe several records that are feeding our days, in the street, and eventually in the clubs...
Right, 3 major records, and to be more precise 3 Universal releases... Whatever the origin, so far these 3 records rocks for different reasons. We're the first to be sceptical on Spleen performances but his record is beautifully done, lyrics are kind of young but we refuse to judge the artistic youth, we like it or not. "Love dilemme" and "Amour" are two examples of a guy that's trying to bring it good to the people. Hugh Coltman is way more adult in his approach, it's even suprising to have such perfect record being the debut record of an over 30 english man living in Paris. As Spleen, Marlon Bois produced and mixed his record. The guy is very much responsible for the rightness of the mixes and the arrangements of the songs. Marlon mixed and played drums on Blackjoy's record Time too and he's our parisian's favorite engineer. But "Storie from the safe house" has something more to offer than a production, this album is a collection of fabulous song sung by the magic voice of Sir Coltman. But let's leave our small parisian world for a second, Q Tip from Tribe Called Quest is back! Dammit the guy is doing it again. Ok if you don't wan't to hear about the jazz harmonies this record ain't for you in a way Tip is ressourcing the classic Native Tongues music spirit but he's showing us how the future is in our hands. We need to experiment our craziness, make our real us comes out. The record industry is fucked, long live the creators.
Ok. Nous sommes une société sérieuse mais rien ne peut empêcher de craquer et d'être excités par la musique des autres. Voici donc le premier volet des Flash de Lulu, une sélection de disques qui nourrissent nos journées, nos ballades urbaines et éventuellement les clubs où nous sortons.
D'accord nous parlons ici de 3 disques de major, plus précisemment sortis chez Universal.... Peu importe l'origine, ces disques 3 disques sont hyper bien pour différentes raisons. Nous sommes les premiers à être sceptiques s'agissant des concerts de Spleen mais son disque est brillament réussit, les paroles sont encore jeunes nous nous refusons de juger la jeunesse artistique, nous l'aimons ou non. "Love Dilemme" et "Amour" sont 2 parfaits exemples d'un auteur compositeur qui se casse la tête pour acoucher de bons titres. Hugh Coltman est bien plus adulte dans son approche musicale, cela en est même surprenant lorsque l'on réalise que cet album est le premier de ce trentenaire anglais vivant à Paris. Tout comme Spleen, Marlon Bois a réalisé et mixé son album. Il est à féliciter quant à la justesse des mixes et des arrangements des chansons. Marlon a mixé et joué les batteries sur l'album de Blackjoy "Time" et est certainement notre ingénieur du son préféré à Paris. Mais "Storie from the safe house" a plus qu'une production à vous offrir, cet album est une collection de merveilleuses chansons chantés par la voice enchanteresse de Sir Coltman. Allez, quittons Paris vite fait et allons voir ce qu'il se passe du côté de New York car Q Tip de Tribe Called Quest est de retour! Et le mec nous refait le coup du bon disque. Ok si vous n'avez plus envie d'entendre des harmonies jazz dans le hip hop, ce disque n'est peut être pas pour vous. Q Tip re digère l'esprit des arrangements classiques des Native Tongues mais il nous montre que le futur est entre nos mains. Nous devons jouer avec nos folies et en faire sortir notre personnalité. L'industrie du disque est berne, longue vie aux créateurs.
